Knock Knock Shiraz sources its grapes from premium sites in the Northern part of the Barossa valley. The blend contains a small percentage of Grenache 3% and is aged in a combination of new and used American and French oak for 22 months. It has great depth of flavour, dark purple in colour it has an intense nose of black fruits with pepper and oaky notes. The palate is juicy and fresh with dark plums, black cherry and well integrated oak and tannins, complex and long in the mouth. A real winner!
