An excellent wine from the Vento region of Italy made from a blend of Corvinone 40%, Corvina 30% and Cabernet Sauvignon 30%. The grapes and air dried in crates to concentrate the flavours in the traditional Appassimento method. The Biscardo family have been making wines from their base in Soave for over 150 years. The nose is spicy with red and black cherries: Incredibly easy drinking, the palate if full and generous with red and dark berry fruits smooth tannins and a gentle spicy finish.

Orders placed by 2pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day.
