Production

Hand-harvested grapes are carefully destemmed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged in bourbon barrels for a period of 12-14 months, allowing integration of the bourbon's vanilla, caramel, and spice nuances while maintaining the varietal character of Cabernet Sauvignon.

Tasting Notes

Deep ruby colour with aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry, vanilla, and subtle smoky spice. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with ripe dark fruit, integrated tannins, and a rich, velvety texture leading to a long, warming finish.
