Shipping policy
Delivery Information
We strive to provide fast and reliable delivery, with Free Express Delivery on orders over £150 (UK Mainland only).
Express Delivery
- Orders placed by 2pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 2pm Thursday arrive on Monday.
- Orders placed after 2pm Friday arrive on Tuesday.
- A signature is required, with GPS-confirmed tracking.
- Bank Holidays and seasonal holidays are not considered working days by couriers.
Standard Delivery
- Economy (2-3 working days) – Orders placed before 2pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day.
European & International Shipping
- Our European and international services are temporarily paused, but we review this regularly.
- Customers may use 'Forward Shipping' services at their discretion and risk.
Delivery Addresses
- Please double-check your delivery address when placing an order, as incorrect details may lead to extra charges for returns or resends.
- Changes after dispatch may incur a courier fee, passed on to the customer.
Delivery Instructions
- If you won’t be home, consider using a work address for delivery.
- Parcels may be left with a neighbour or in a safe place (porch, garage, back door) at your own risk—please specify this when ordering.
- If sending to someone else, include their work address and contact number where possible.
Damaged Parcels
We take care to pack orders securely, but if breakages occur:
- Report any damage within 24 hours of receipt.
- Inspect goods upon delivery and notify the courier of any issues immediately—damage not reported at the time of delivery may not qualify for refunds or compensation.
- Contact Drink Finder / Constantine Stores Ltd within 24 hours for assistance.
- Damaged goods will either be refunded or replaced (stock permitting).
- If you notice external damage before opening, refuse the order and ask the courier to return it.
- Refunds are processed within 28 days.
Late or Missing Orders
- If a ‘Sorry we missed you’ card is left, contact your local depot immediately.
- Parcels not collected within three working days are returned to us—re-sending may incur additional costs.
- Deliveries typically arrive between 7am and 9pm.
- Couriers attempt delivery twice—after two failed attempts, collection from the depot is required.
- While our courier service is highly reliable, we cannot be held accountable for delays beyond our control.
Delivery Restrictions
- We do not deliver to the USA, Canada, or countries not listed.
- Express delivery is unavailable for Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, and Northern Ireland.
