Vineyard and Production

This low-yield system concentrates the flavours in each berry. Manual harvest takes place at the end of August, ensuring full ripeness and the intensity needed for a wine of this structure. Fermentation occurs under controlled temperatures for approximately 25 days, with extended maceration developing aromatic complexity and a firm structural backbone. The wine is then aged in oak for a minimum of 12 months, adding depth and a subtle spiced undertone.
