Chardonnay Wines

Chardonnay can be made in both styles. Oaked Chardonnay is fuller‑bodied with vanilla and spice notes, while unoaked Chardonnay is fresher, lighter, and more fruit‑driven.

Chardonnay thrives in regions such as Burgundy, California, Australia, South Africa, and Chile. Each region produces distinct styles influenced by climate and winemaking traditions.

Chardonnay pairs beautifully with roast chicken, seafood, creamy pasta, shellfish, soft cheeses, and dishes with butter or herbs. Unoaked styles suit lighter foods, while oaked styles complement richer dishes.

Serve Chardonnay chilled, ideally between 10–13°C. This temperature highlights its fruit character, freshness, and any subtle oak influence, ensuring a balanced and enjoyable glass.
