Vineyard and Production

Grown in the Uco Valley at elevations exceeding 1,000 metres, the vineyard benefits from intense sunlight, cool nights, and well-drained alluvial soils. Biodynamic farming practices are employed throughout to enhance soil vitality and vine balance, with minimal intervention and deep respect for natural rhythms. Grapes are hand-harvested and fermented with native yeasts before ageing in French oak barrels for 12 to 14 months. The approach is gentle and precise, allowing the vineyard's character to shine through while building structure and depth.

Tasting Notes

Deep ruby in the glass, Siesta opens with aromas of cassis, blackberry, graphite, and subtle spice. The palate is concentrated and elegant, with firm tannins, fresh acidity, and a long, savoury finish that speaks clearly of its high-altitude origins.
