Produced in Puglia, southern Italy. Grapes are grown organically in sun-soaked vineyards with well-draining, clay-rich soils and abundant limestone. Hand-harvested and carefully selected before undergoing fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Maceration lasts 10-15 days to extract colour, aroma, and structured tannins. The wine is aged briefly in stainless steel or neutral oak to maintain freshness and varietal character, highlighting the ripe red fruit and spice of Primitivo.

Tasting Notes

Deep ruby-red colour. The nose is expressive, with aromas of ripe cherries, plums, red berries, and subtle hints of Mediterranean herbs and spices.
