Damaged & Wrong Goods
If your order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, please take photographs immediately to help our team assess and resolve the issue efficiently. Any problems should be reported at the point of delivery or within 24 hours of receipt.
Damaged Parcels
At Drink Finder, we take great care in packing orders securely, using high-quality materials to ensure safe delivery. However, in the rare event of a breakage, please follow these steps:
Report any breakages or defects within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Check goods upon delivery and notify the courier immediately if any loss or breakage is found—issues not noted at the time of delivery may not be eligible for refunds or compensation.
Contact us within 24 hours at Drink Finder / Constantine Stores Ltd for assistance.
If items are damaged, we will issue a refund or send a replacement (stock permitting).
If damage is noticed before opening, refuse the parcel and ask the courier to return it.
Refunds will be processed within 28 days.
Incorrect Items
