Production

Grapes are hand-harvested at optimal phenolic ripeness from a single, carefully delineated parcel. Fermentation is carried out with great attention to detail to preserve varietal character, followed by maturation in oak barrels to enhance structure and complexity while maintaining fruit clarity. The winemaking approach is deliberately restrained, allowing the vineyard’s natural character to take centre stage.

Tasting Notes

Deep ruby in colour, the wine reveals aromas of ripe black cherry, plum, and dark berries, layered with subtle floral notes and hints of spice.
