Production

This Malbec has been fermented in both 225-litre barrels and old cement containers, using a blend that is mainly Malbec with small amounts of Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc. The innovative use of both barrel and cement fermentation creates complexity while preserving fruit purity and adding textural depth.
