Pablo Y Walter is the creative partnership between Walter Bressia, one of Argentina's most respected winemakers, and Guillaume Letang of Boutinot. United by a shared passion for great wine and the spirit of long friendship, the two have crafted a wine that captures the energy of Mendoza's vibrant culture while showcasing the exceptional quality of Uco Valley fruit.

Vineyard and Production

Grapes are sourced from 25-year-old vines in the high-altitude Uco Valley, grown in the rain shadow of the Cordón del Plata mountains where cool nights preserve freshness and aromatics. This is entirely unoaked Malbec, vinified in stainless steel to protect brightness, purity, and vibrant fruit character. Crafted with care at Walter Bressia's boutique family winery, the wine lets the terroir speak without oak influence.

Deep red with purple hues, the nose bursts with violet, cassis, and redcurrant. The palate is velvety, juicy, and vibrant, with rich dark fruit, subtle spice, and a wonderfully smooth finish.
