Vineyard and Winemaking

Grapes come from 25-year-old vines planted at 3,083 feet above sea level in Mendoza's renowned Lujan de Cuyo and Valle de Uco wine regions. The vineyards are carefully hand-harvested and fermentation occurs at controlled temperatures of 25 to 27 degrees Celsius. 80% of the wine is aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels, while the remainder preserves fresh, vibrant fruit flavours. The wine is bottled without filtration or fining, ensuring the true essence of the terroir is captured.
