Grapes are hand-harvested and fermented under controlled conditions to maintain freshness and purity. The wine is unoaked, allowing the vibrant fruit character to shine, then lightly filtered and bottled under screw cap to preserve the bright, juicy flavours of the Argentine Malbec style.
