Vineyard & Winemaking

Bressia Profundo 2020 is a masterful blend of 50% Malbec, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot, and 10% Syrah, sourced from vineyards at 3,120 feet above sea level. Vineyards are carefully managed with selective shoot, leaf, and cluster removal to optimize ripeness and concentration. Grapes are hand-harvested, and fermentation occurs at controlled temperatures of 25–27°C. The wine is aged for 10 months in French and American oak barrels, resulting in a structured, nuanced, and age-worthy profile.

Tasting Notes

Elegant aromas of toasted French oak and red summer berries, with subtle hints of cassis, crème fraîche, and dark spice. The palate is energetic, layered, and precise, with fine-grained oak providing structure while highlighting the wine’s vibrant fruit and mineral undertones.
