Meet the producer
Crafted from vineyards aged 10 to 35 years, rooted in limestone and clay soils, this Pouilly-Fuissé captures the unique character of the Mâconnais region, where terroir and careful vineyard management combine to create finesse and elegance.

Vineyard
Vineyards are planted on granitic, marl, and limestone soils, producing grapes with both richness and vibrancy. Low yields and attentive cultivation ensure concentrated flavours and balanced structure.

Winemaking
Grapes are vinified in a combination of vats and casks according to soil type, then aged 10 months in barrels followed by 8 months in tanks to refine balance and texture.

Tasting notes
Fresh and mineral, with layered aromas of stone fruits, acacia flowers, and spiced hazelnut butter. Smooth and weighty on the palate, finishing long, precise, and subtly spicy.
