The Biscardo family have been making wine in Soave for over 150 years and today the estate is run by brothers Maurizio and Martino. Maurizio’s long career has included consulting for wineries across Italy, during which he discovered the vineyards for their acclaimed Puglian wines. Across both Veneto and Puglia, the Biscardo hallmark remains consistent: wines of irresistible drinkability, aromatic purity, and outstanding value.

Winemaking

Fermentation lasts for 15 days in stainless steel at a controlled 13–14°C to preserve freshness and aromatics. The wine is then aged on fine lees for five months in stainless steel tanks, adding texture, roundness, and complexity, without the influence of oak.

Tasting Note

A vibrant straw yellow with greenish highlights. The bouquet is delicate yet expressive, offering floral notes alongside hints of citrus and stone fruits. On the palate it is fresh, mineral, and well-structured, with a fine balance that lingers elegantly on the finish.

Viticulture

The vineyards are planted on east-facing slopes with a mix of clay, sand, and silt soils. Vines are cultivated under the Guyot system, and yields are carefully managed to ensure quality, averaging no more than 100 quintals per hectare.
