Jansz pioneered Méthode Tasmanoise, a philosophy rooted in traditional Champagne techniques shaped by Tasmania’s unique climate. Their vineyards in the Pipers River region benefit from long, cool growing seasons that allow grapes to ripen slowly, developing pristine acidity and delicate flavour. Production

Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are hand‑picked at optimal ripeness and pressed gently to preserve purity. The base wines undergo cool fermentation before being blended and bottled for secondary fermentation in the traditional method. Extended lees ageing adds subtle creaminess, fine mousse and layers of complexity, while maintaining the wine’s bright, fresh core.
