El Castilla is a Spanish wine producer dedicated to crafting approachable, quality wines that offer exceptional value. The estate focuses on blending traditional Spanish varieties with international grapes to create wines of balance and character.

Production

Grapes are carefully hand-harvested and pressed gently to preserve delicate aromas. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, with a portion aged in oak barrels to add subtle complexity and texture. The wine is then blended and lightly filtered before bottling.

Tasting Notes

Pale yellow with green highlights. The nose reveals notes of citrus, green apple, pear, and hints of tropical fruit. On the palate, it is crisp and lively, with fresh acidity, a smooth mouthfeel, and a clean, lingering finish.
