Vineyard & Production

Sourced from Domaine Evremond's 60-hectare estate in Chilham, Kent, planted on chalky soils similar to Champagne. The base wine comes predominantly from the 2020 vintage (80%), complemented by reserve wines from 2019 (20%). The wine was blended and bottled in spring 2021, then aged gracefully on lees for over three years before disgorgement in August 2024. Future editions will feature a gradually increasing share of Chardonnay as new vineyard plots reach optimal maturity.

Tasting Notes

Elegant and refined with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose reveals fresh citrus, green apple, brioche, and subtle almond notes. On the palate, it's beautifully balanced with crisp acidity, creamy texture, and layers of white fruit, toasted bread, and delicate minerality.
