Vineyard & Production

Following harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats to preserve maximum fruit purity and freshness. Aging takes place entirely in stainless steel on fine lees, allowing the wine to gain a rounded, supple texture without the heavy influence of oak.
