Vineyard & Production

Grapes are hand-harvested from prime vineyard sites in Robertson, overlooking the Breede River. Vinified unoaked to preserve the purity of the Chardonnay, then matured on its lees to enhance texture, freshness, and subtle complexity while maintaining a clean, mineral character.

Tasting Notes

Pale gold in colour. Lemon, honeysuckle blossom, and peach on the nose. The palate is vibrant and mineral-driven — lemony freshness, a delicate yeasty texture, and a subtle nutty finish that lingers pleasingly.
