This exclusive bottling of Bollinger’s iconic Special Cuvée is presented in a striking black collector’s box adorned with a gold gun barrel motif and Bond’s silhouette, underscored by metallic embossing and the 007 logo. The bottle itself carries the same branding, making it a must-have for fans and collectors alike. The wine is a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Meunier sourced predominantly from Grand and Premier Cru vineyards, with a significant portion of reserve wines aged in magnums to enhance complexity.

Winemaking

Crafted using traditional methods, the wine undergoes fermentation in stainless steel and oak barrels, followed by extended ageing on lees to develop richness and finesse. Bollinger’s commitment to low dosage and long maturation ensures a balanced and expressive Champagne.

Tasting Notes

The Champagne pours a bright golden hue with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose is rich and layered, offering aromas of roasted apples, ripe stone fruit, brioche, and subtle spice. On the palate, it is generous and structured, with flavours of baked pear, honey, and toasted nuts, supported by a creamy texture and vibrant acidity.
