How Bollinger Shapes Its Wines
Winemaking at Bollinger focuses on barrel fermentation, extensive reserve wine usage and long maturation. Special Cuvée alone incorporates reserve wines aged in magnums for up to 15 years. The house’s own cooperage maintains barrels used for fermentation, preserving a style that is both traditional and distinctive. Bollinger Wines

The PN series is a limited‑edition exploration of Pinot Noir from specific crus and vintages. La Grande Année is Bollinger’s prestige vintage cuvée, produced only in exceptional years. It is barrel‑fermented and aged extensively, resulting in a Champagne of remarkable intensity, texture and complexity. Expect layers of citrus, stone fruit, toasted brioche, hazelnut and mineral depth. La Grande Année is crafted for longevity and is considered one of the great vintage Champagnes.
Bollinger Rosé blends the structure of Pinot Noir with the freshness of Chardonnay and the charm of red wine from La Côte aux Enfants.
