Daylight Wine & Spirits is a small, quality‑focused producer dedicated to showcasing the character of New Zealand’s most expressive vineyard sites. Working closely with growers who prioritise sustainable farming, they craft wines that highlight place, precision and purity.

Production

Grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness, then gently whole‑bunch pressed to preserve delicacy. Fermentation takes place in a combination of French oak barrels and stainless‑steel tanks, allowing both texture and brightness to develop. Lees ageing adds subtle richness while maintaining a clean, mineral‑driven profile.

Tasting Notes

Aromas of white peach, citrus zest and nectarine mingle with hints of toasted almond and delicate spice. The palate is fresh and finely textured, offering stone fruit, lemon curd and a touch of flint. A lively line of acidity carries the wine to a long, elegant, gently creamy finish.
