Vineyard & Production

Grapes are hand-harvested and gently pressed before primary fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The result is a sparkling wine of genuine elegance and depth.

Pale golden in colour with a fine, persistent mousse. The nose is fresh and inviting, with white flowers, citrus, and green apple alongside subtle hints of toast. On the palate, crisp and refreshing with vibrant acidity, elegant bubbles, and a clean, lingering finish. Serve well chilled at 6 to 8 degrees.
