This delicious dessert wine is made using Sauvignon blanc grapes from the Walker Bay region of South Africa which have been affected by 'botrytis cinerea' (noble rot) to produce grapes of concentrated intensity. A lovely golden straw colour with aromas of apricot, pineapple and fresh green apples. The palate is smooth, inviting with honeyed characters and balancing acidity, begging you to imbibe in another sip.
