Royal Tokaji is a historic winery dedicated to preserving the heritage of Tokaj, one of the world’s most celebrated sweet wine regions. With a focus on meticulous vineyard management and ethical production, the estate produces wines that combine elegance, freshness, and age-worthy potential.

Production

Grapes are hand-picked at optimal ripeness, including selected botrytised berries, and gently pressed. Fermentation is carefully monitored to preserve aromatic intensity and achieve a harmonious balance between sweetness, acidity, and alcohol. The wine is then matured briefly in stainless steel to retain its freshness before bottling.

Tasting notes

Pale gold in colour, the nose reveals delicate citrus and subtle spice aromas. On the palate, it is light and refreshing, with flavours of white peach, honey, and gentle floral notes. The finish is clean, silky, and crisp, showcasing a vibrant acidity that balances the natural sweetness.
