Production

Grapes are hand-picked and gently pressed to preserve their aromatic intensity. The wine is unoaked, allowing the natural fruit flavours and bright acidity of the Sauvignon Blanc to shine through. Fermentation is carefully controlled to produce a balanced wine with a fresh, fruity character.

Tasting notes

Pale yellow in colour, the nose reveals vibrant citrus aromas. On the palate, it is fresh and fruity, with flavours of pear, green apple, and pineapple, finishing with a harmonious sweetness and lively acidity.
