Dessert Wine
Dessert wines are made from the extra sweet grapes in the harvest. To ensure the sweet level the fermentation is stopped before all the sugars are converted to alcohol by the yeast. We have a great selection ranging from new world Late Harvest Riesling and Semillon to old world options such as Tokaji, Sauternes & Vin Santo.
