Vineyard and Production

Grapes are hand-picked in the early morning for gentle pressing and low-temperature fermentation. Just under a third of the wine is vinified and matured in French oak barrels, mostly third fill with some new, for six months to provide additional texture and structure. The remaining portion is fermented in stainless steel to preserve freshness and bright aromatics.

Tasting Notes

Fresh, vinous, and refined on the nose, with hints of fennel tops and hedgerow flowers. The palate is nuanced and textured, with a subtle oak creaminess enhancing its medium-bodied profile. A beautifully balanced wine that is elegant yet thoroughly approachable.
