Production

Bollinger Rosé Brut NV is crafted from a blend of 62% Pinot Noir, 24% Chardonnay and 14% Meunier, sourced from the house's exceptional vineyard holdings across 405 acres of premier and grand cru sites. The wine's beautiful rosé hue and distinctive character come from the addition of red Pinot Noir wine from the grand cru village of Aÿ. Fermentation takes place in small oak barrels, and the wine is aged on its lees for a minimum of three years, developing complexity, texture and depth. The result is a champagne that balances freshness with structure and elegance with power.
