A vibrant and expressive white from South Africa’s Western Cape, Primordial White Blend NV showcases the region’s classic cultivars at their freshest. Carefully sourced Chenin Blanc and Colombard grapes are hand-picked and softly pressed, then partially treated via a spinning cone column to balance alcohol while preserving aromatic intensity. The result is a lively, flavour-packed wine of just 11% ABV, brimming with fresh citrus, stone fruit, and subtle floral notes.

Boutinot South Africa is driven by a passion for discovery and a desire to capture the true character of South African vineyards in their wines.

Production
Predominantly Chenin Blanc and Colombard grapes from selected vineyards in the Western Cape are harvested by hand, softly crushed, and fermented in stainless steel tanks. A portion of the wine undergoes spinning cone treatment to gently reduce alcohol while retaining volatile aroma compounds, then reintegrated into the final blend to produce a fresh, balanced wine of approximately 11.2% ABV.

A bright, enticing nose of fresh citrus, stone fruit, and subtle floral notes. The palate is crisp and vibrant, with ripe, fleshy, gently tropical fruit characters and a clean, tangy finish.
