Vineyard & Production

Hand-selected grapes are harvested at peak ripeness to ensure richness and concentration. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve vibrant fruit purity, followed by gentle maturation to refine texture and integrate flavours.

Deep ruby in colour. Aromas of ripe black cherries, plums, and dark berries on the nose, lifted by notes of vanilla, sweet spice, and a hint of cocoa. The palate is smooth and full-bodied, soft tannins, generous fruit, and a long, satisfying finish.
