Vineyard & Production

Following careful destemming and gentle pressing, the fruit undergoes an extended temperature-controlled maceration and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel. The wine is then aged for a minimum of eight months in new French Allier oak barrels, refining its tannic architecture and building harmonious spice nuances before bottling.
