Vineyard & Production

Grapes undergo a short skin maceration before pneumatic nitrogen pressing and cold settling. Vinification and ageing take place over a minimum of three months in stainless steel and concrete tanks, preserving the bright aromatics and fresh fruit character of Colombard and Ugni Blanc. 11% ABV.
