A lifted, crisp and expressive white from Gascony – bright, floral and citrussy with layers of ripe stone fruit and a zesty finish. A fresh, terroir-led wine that captures the Atlantic-influenced character of the region.

Meet the Producer

Domaine Haut-Marin was established in 1920 by Swiss winemaker Jean-François Morel, who was drawn to Gascony’s unique terroir. From an initial 10 hectares, the estate has grown into one of the leading names in the Côtes de Gascogne, known for fresh, aromatic whites that showcase the region’s signature Colombard and Ugni Blanc grapes.

Production

The grapes undergo a short skin maceration before pneumatic nitrogen pressing and cold settling. Vinification and ageing take place over a minimum of three months in stainless steel and concrete tanks, preserving the bright aromatics and fresh fruit character of Colombard and Ugni Blanc.

Tasting Notes

Floral and citrussy with notes of ripe apricot, peach, and pear. Fresh and vibrant with mouthwatering zestiness, balanced by a pink grapefruit lift on the finish.
