Vineyard and Production

Hand-harvested Grenache Blanc and Roussanne grapes from partner vineyards in Cairanne, including a Roussanne plot just 200 metres from the winery, are gently pressed and clarified by cold tank. The juice is fermented entirely in 300 to 400 litre oak barrels, a mix of new and four-year-old wood, chosen to enhance texture and natural character rather than impart strong oak flavours. The wine is aged in barrel for six months before filtration and bottling.

Tasting Notes

Fresh aromas of ripe fruit and delicate floral notes, layered with subtle spice and smokiness from barrel ageing. The palate is plump, mineral-driven, and elegant, with a harmonious balance of fruit, spice, and freshness that lingers on the finish.
