Vineyard & Production

The grapes are hand-harvested from old Nebbiolo vines situated in the Margheria Cru in Serralunga d'Alba at approximately 340 metres above sea level. Upon arrival at the winery, the fruit undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks with long skin maceration to gently extract colour, structure, and noble tannins. The wine then matures for at least two years in large neutral Austrian oak casks, allowing it to integrate slowly without imparting heavy wood flavours, before being bottled unfiltered to preserve its full textural purity.

In the glass, it displays a bright garnet-red hue with orange reflections at the rim.
