Meet the Producer

Araldica is Piemonte's largest and most progressive cooperative, yet retains the feel of a small, family-run estate thanks to the inspired guidance of winemaker and manager Claudio Manera, whose father Livio was the cooperative's first winemaker in the 1950s. With 80% of production bottled at the company's headquarters in the Monferrato hills, an extraordinarily high percentage for a cooperative of this scale, Araldica is committed to delivering wines of genuine quality, accessibility, and outstanding value.

Vineyard and Production

The Flori Barolo is sourced from carefully selected Nebbiolo vineyards in the Barolo DOCG zone, vinified at Araldica's modern winery and aged in accordance with Barolo's strict production regulations. The result is a wine that combines the traditional character of the appellation with the approachable, fruit-forward style that has made Araldica one of Piemonte's most trusted names.

Tasting Notes

Aromas of tobacco, leather, and violet lead the nose, with classic Nebbiolo complexity and depth. The palate is firm and pleasingly structured, with plump fruit, a round silky texture, and a good, lengthy finish that rewards patience in the glass.
