Aromas of vanilla pods with a delicious creme anglaise. Creamy fudge and ripe pineapple. The palate is a light to medium body, a dry presence with a light and attractive soft fruity profile. The finish is light, with oily grass notes and gentle nutty pineapple that leads to a long cream finish.

Eminence is made from the following blend:
5 & 8 year old - Pot still double retort and column blend - Barbados
5 year old - Pot still - Australia
3 & 8 year old - Column still - Trinidad
3 year old & unaged - Pot still double retort - Jamaica

No added colourants. Non-chill filtered. Ex-bourbon Cask. Matured at source Distillery. Blended and bottled in Devon.
