Ron Barcelo Gran Platinum rum is a blend of average 6 years old rums aged in bourbon barrels distilled from sugar cane juice, with a filtration process to complete the final stages of its production The aged rum is carefully filtered through charcoal which removes the colour that naturally brings the aging in the barrel and refined aromas of the product. The result is the Ron Barcel Gran Platinum, well-structured rum with its line of aged rums and crystal attribute, bright and smooth, designed to satisfy the most demanding consumer palate.

This rum has all the soft undertones of well blended, well aged rum with the brightness and creamy texture of white rum. The taste of the Barcel Gran Platinum carries the signature smooth sweetness of the Barcel range with a nose of green apple, pineapple and hay followed by the initial taste if white cacao, condensed milk and then coconut water.
