Production

Grapes are hand-harvested from sustainably farmed vineyards in the Valle de Uco at elevations between 2,300 and 3,900 feet. Fermentation follows traditional red winemaking techniques to preserve varietal character and depth. The wine is then aged for 18 months in French oak barrels—30% new and 70% second use—allowing gentle integration of oak without overpowering the fruit.

Tasting Notes

Deep inky violet in colour, the nose reveals expressive aromas of tart cherry, dark chocolate, and exotic spice. On the palate, it is elegant and energetic, with a textured structure, fine-grained tannins, and balanced acidity leading to a long, poised finish.
