After fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, a portion of the wine is aged in new French oak barrels for 12 months. Around 15% of the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation before finally blending and being bottled unfined.

The wine displays an intense yellow colour with green hues. On the nose, it exhibits notes of white flowers, green apple, pear, and subtle hints of white chocolate. The palate is intense, with a pronounced minerality and a pleasing structure that carries through to the lengthy finish.

Pair this wine with roasted or marinated grilled chicken and vegetables, or pasta with a creamy sauce.
