Gros Manseng is a thick-skinned, small-berried grape that can ripen beautifully while retaining natural acidity. To showcase its versatility, Boutinot blends two expressions: a bright, dry-fermented Gros Manseng for freshness, combined with a smaller proportion of late-harvest grapes, adding tropical fruit notes and exotic spice.
