Boutinot France has a long and storied history, beginning as a small wine importer before growing into one of the country’s most respected wine companies. Their approach balances tradition with innovation, sourcing wines that reflect character, purity, and regional authenticity.

Production
Grapes are grown on granite and siliceous soils in the hills northwest of Lyon. Harvested early to preserve freshness, they undergo traditional carbonic maceration, where whole berries ferment under their own weight, followed by a short cuvaison to retain juicy, primary fruit flavours.
