Production

Grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness to ensure a balance between citrus-driven fruit and lively acidity. After a gentle pressing, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks under cool conditions to capture aromatic purity. The wine rests briefly on fine lees before bottling, enhancing texture and depth while maintaining crisp, clean flavours.
