This is a rich and velvety Negromaro delivering an intriguing set of aromas with violets and sweet plummy fruit, layered with hints of cocoa, tobacco and liquorice. Concentrated and balanced, with a long satisfying finish.

Produced with maloatic fermentation in stainless steel tanks before then being aged in French and Caucasian oak barrels for 12 months.

San Marzano tried for so long to find the perfect grapes among the oldest Negromaro vineyards of Salento, to express the soul of this noble vine. F is the letter they chose to mark the three selected vineyards. F as Feudi di San Marzano. As part of their history, this letter has become a recognized mark of quality for this grape, an emblem of their passion for this ancient and tough grape.
