Vineyard & Production

Representing the diversity of the Vinho Verde region, with Loureiro sourced from the Lima river sub-region, Alvarinho from Monção and Melgaço, and Avesso from Baião. Grapes are manually harvested and whole-cluster pressed pneumatically. The must undergoes cold decanting for 24 hours before fermentation at controlled temperatures (10-15°C) for 12-15 days. The wine remains in contact with lees for about 3 months in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature, adding richness and complexity.

Exuberant aromas that are fresh and light, dominated by citrus fruits and tropical notes. The palate is driven by fresh acidity with good body and a lingering finish. Crisp, refreshing, and beautifully balanced with vibrant fruit character.
