Production

Sauvignon Blanc and Rolle were sourced from sun-drenched vineyards planted on alluvial sand and silt, encouraging deep root growth to withstand hot, dry summers. Harvest occurs in the cool early mornings, with Sauvignon Blanc picked earlier than Rolle to retain its crisp acidity. Both varieties undergo cold maceration, gentle pressing, and fermentation on fine lees at 16–18°C, highlighting the creamy texture of Rolle and the zingy freshness of Sauvignon Blanc.
