Vineyard & Production

Sourced from 18-year-old vineyards planted on granitic and schist soils with open clay structure in the Alentejano region. The 2020 vintage featured a milder, rainier autumn and winter, followed by a very rainy spring and a dry summer with lower temperatures. Grapes are mechanically harvested, cooled, and pressed. Cold decanting precedes fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures for 15 days, preserving freshness and fruit purity.
